Installation Instructions

Please ensure you close all open copies of SmartFrame on your computer before beginning the installation process.

Registration Instructions

This program requires a unique product key and registration in order to function. There are several ways to register your copy.

Email Registration (Via Microsoft Outlook) – When prompted by the set-up please complete all required fields & click on “Send E-mail” button, the program will send the email using Microsoft Outlook program.

Email Registration (Via Web-based email) – If you are not using Microsoft Outlook, please print the registration request form to PDF format via the “PrintToPDF” button and email the PDF to Smartreg@tilling.com.au.

Fax Registration – When prompted by the set-up please complete all required fields & click on “Print Fax” button to print the form, and then fax back to Tilling on 1300 668 650.

Apple Mac

SmartFrame is not compatible with macOS. However there are programs available for download that lets you run Windows OS on Mac OS.

These include:

• Boot Camp (a utility that comes with your Mac and lets you switch between macOS and Windows)
• Parallels Desktop (a utility that lets you switch between macOS and Windows without rebooting)
• WineBottler (a utility that packages Windows programs into an app to enable it to run on Mac OS)
• VirtualBox (a free virtualization program that lets you install Windows within macOS)
